It also covers the fiduciary responsibilities of a board member and guidance on issues that specifically arise on the boards of early stage companies. Our popular Angel Investing 101 course will be held from 1pm to 5pm in Boston on Tuesday November 10th from 1pm to 5pm at the offices of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, 111 Huntingdon Ave, Boston, MA.
